Seeing lots of athletes in clinic this last week or so who are entering the final stages of prep for IMW.

Nerves, excitement, anticipation and second guessing can lead us to knee jerk reactions and mistakes at the last minute.

Here’s my tips entering the last few weeks.

As a club we've tried to help raise awareness of DKMS and the stem cell register, and many of our members are signed up. It's really easy to register and you could save a life.

We were discussing a Brynamman triathlon the other day. Swim in the Lido, ride over Black Mountain and back over the Crai, run up and over Black Mountain and back. Would be the toughest triathlon in Wales! Let's make it happen!
