Engaging day at the preparation seminar for the 8th #IYFEP cohort! From conflict management to navigating culture shocks & understanding contractual topics, we delved into the intricacies of public transport systems in Germany 🇩🇪 & the importance of effective waste management.

1/3 One of our major roles is creating awareness of why farmers especially the young farmers need to join forces. Together with our partners Trias East Africa & AHA Andreas Hermes Akademie under the IN-CENT project we are working with 22 TOTs to mobilize farmers into groups. #youngfarmers
