Corporate greed and anticompetitive practices are a major driver of inflation.

Live Nation monopolizes talent and ticket sales and hides the true cost of its tickets, leaving folks who just want to take in a show with little choice but to pay inflated prices. That’s wrong.

I'm suing Live Nation, the owner of Ticketmaster, for monopolizing the live entertainment industry.

Live Nation illegally drives competitors out of the industry so they can force Minnesotans to pay higher prices for event tickets. Everyone’s fed up with it. I won't stand for it.

I am pleased the Minnesota legislature acted to help workers afford their lives by giving us new, effective tools to fight employer misclassification fraud.
