Spinning the ball in different directions is NOT about wrist action. It's about changing the timing in which the forearm unravels. Spin direction is determined by finger position as the forearm rotates/transitions from the acceleration to deceleration phase.

Keys to throwing from your knees:

1. Plus arm strength,
2. Get your shoulders closed,
3. Aggressive drive off your right leg.
