Today, Zimbabwe is facing its biggest cholera outbreak in a decade, with more than 21,000 recorded cases.
We're working hard to provide essential lifesaving support, including emergency medical products, safe water and nutrition supplies, and support for outbreak control.

On Tuesday, UNICEF's humanitarian convoy was hit by live ammunition on the way to deliver lifesaving aid to north Gaza. Despite the situation becoming increasingly dangerous, our teams remain on the ground and we will stay on to provide support for children and families in need.

Since October 2023, children and families in Gaza, the West Bank and Israel have endured unimaginable horrors.

The fate of hostages, including two children, remains uncertain. The impact of the violence on children in the Gaza Strip has been devastating.

They need a #Ceasefire .

The lives of aid workers and the people they serve MUST always be protected.

In Sri Lanka, financial problems and damaging weather can make it difficult for parents to meet the basic nutritional needs of their children. UNICEF is supporting new parents and their babies by establishing health centres and teaching them about their children's’ wellbeing 💙
