Two excellent sets of take-home impressions from Sohini Ramachandran and Ewan Birney on #BoG24 . I'm going home excited and inspired by the science presented this week. A few impressions from me 1/
In summary - genomics is in good health on the basis of this meeting. We've come so far from 24 years ago when the draft human genome was announced; we've still got plenty to do. Many thanks to the #bog24 organisers (Aaron Quinlan Tuuli Lappalainen Jenny Tung) for a great meeting!

Pedro Beltrao As a reviewer #3 of the paper, I tried REALLY HARD to get nature to demand downloadable code. The editors just ghosted me. I wrote extensively that the server needed work but I was not given the paper to re-review so I don't know if they improved it. It's not available yet.
Molecular Pixelation, developed by Fredriksson and colleagues PixelgenTech, is an optics-free method that uses DNA-tagged antibodies for assessing cell surface protein location at single cell resolution.
