#NY is deciding what #VotingMachines we will vote on for the next decade or more. NY has voted w/pen & paper ballots + ballot markers for over 10 years. That system is good. Less expensive & more secure. #ExpressVoteXL will eliminate pen & paper #voting , so it's not good for NY.
