Advice to young people:

1. Find a role w/ a good boss.
2. Do consistent, exceptional work.
3. Pick a translatable skill and master it.
4. Build a small side project around it.
5. Take that to the open market.
6. Go all in at un-ignorable traction.

Solopreneurs have no set work schedule.

Today I worked from 4:30a until now (7a).

I’ll hang around on social until 8:30a and then enjoy the 75 degree weather.

No required meetings or silly “all-hands” to attend!
