Tip to apply Bevels relative to the shape sizes, with Adobe Substance 3D Designer:

The key part is to divide the result of the bevel by the shape size, calculated through a FloodFill to BBox Size.

How is this not more commonly known Adobe Substance 3D?
If you want your imported baked maps to load automatically to your texture sets then you have to set your naming conventions correctly.

As Roderick Weise points out here (go follow him!) & in my example of it working, the suffix

This simple pattern has been a hard nut to crack until I found its square module, because it is rotated (if you align the base shape with the orthogonal axes)

As always, studying in Illustrator has helped me a lot!
