Done with:
- healthy, almost all unprocessed foods
- cutting out almost all sugar
- slight caloric defecit
- weight lifting
- more sleep
- less stress
- consistency

I detailed the shoulder and forearm hinge and now it has adequate moving range

I'm not sure sculpting this way saves me time tho... Here shown the body and shoulder bones are simple retopo.

Also the scale means the first finger is ~1mm wide, how can I pull it off
