Yet, he wasted absolutely no time in getting the illicit texts off of his phone to provide to Proctor et al!

If the investigation into the murder of Officer #JohnOKeefe was reliable, if the Albert & McCabe “witnesses” had nothing to hide, were honest and forthcoming, and if Lead Investigator Michael Proctor wasn’t protecting them, then why did they all vehemently deny knowing each other
