Today I spoke to a young Dr who has been on shifts the last 48hrs in 3 different facilities.
asked him if he was happy. he isn’t happy he has to work that hard coz that is not what he envisioned being a Dr entailed.

I know some dual qualified pharmacist-doctors who maintain their GPhC registration & pick up pharmacy locums as they’re better paid than foundation locums.

I’m absolutely certain they don’t start practicing medicine whilst working as a pharmacist, because that’s dodgy as hell.
