3. Journaling your portion control works
4. Fasting works
5. But don’t nothing work if you don’t stay CONSISTENT.

These Last 8 Days I’ve Only Had 1 Meal, at the least 200 push-ups And sit ups a day, at-least 3 liters of water, large consumption of fruit, no sex, lots of sun, detoxing from people, deep meditation, long talks with God, journaling, and MORE. This my Season God I’m Ready 💜🙏🏽
