we lose another hour of sunlight this sunday. for people w/ the winter blues, take your vitamin D, wake up earlier, more soups, more root vegetables, more journaling, more exercise, and more therapy.
I know the internet said thoughtfulness is inbuilt and it can’t be taught, but I swear I’m learning alot from y’all’s thoughtful partners I’m journaling thoughtfulness 🙃

If you want to lose 30-50lbs you need to be in a deficit
1. Counting calories works 2. Tracking macros work 3. Journaling your portion control works 4. Fasting works 5. But don’t nothing work if you don’t stay CONSISTENT.
These Last 8 Days I’ve Only Had 1 Meal, at the least 200 push-ups And sit ups a day, at-least 3 liters of water, large consumption of fruit, no sex, lots of sun, detoxing from people, deep meditation, long talks with God, journaling, and MORE. This my Season God I’m Ready 💜🙏🏽
