⦿ Final authorization during discharge must be within 3 hrs - IF NOT, then insurer needs to settle 100% of the claim

My bill that requires insurers cover telemedicine services like in-person services passed #MILeg & is on its way to becoming law. When we find the will & put in the effort, we can find common ground to accomplish reforms that increase access to quality, affordable health care.
