3. 35 yo with dyspnea. HUGE almost 10cm mass , bean shaped, in RA &involving TV and RV, causing significant obstruction of TV. MRI confirmed heterogeneous enhancing mass, part thrombus. Haziness in IVC likely thrombus no obvious extra cardiac malignancy on body CT. Awaiting path!
