Taste wise : I can’t get enough of this, it’s sweet yet savory, the bun its just on the right amount of sweetness to compliment the charsiu, the charsiu well seasoned, not to overpower the whole dish, comforting, like charsiu bao i had when i was a kid *chef’s kiss*
