I always wished I had a river I could skate away on. Today I did and it felt so good, but the ice was thin in spots and I did not notice. I fell through and the current took me down river. I was stuck under the ice! #vsshorror

I always told myself that drowning would be quick. Not instant, but quick enough.

I was wrong.

Being stuck under the ice made time play in slow motion, so slow that I felt each blade of cold pierce my skin while boots walked over my frozen scream.
