The SECP and PSX, held public consultations with stakeholders on proposed amendments to Fourth Schedule of Companies Act, 2017 in Khi and Lhr. The amendments aim to improve financial disclosures for Shariah stock screening and establish Islamic indices at PSX.

The SECP has inked a MoU with Pakistan's largest fintech operator, JazzCash, to enhance digitization and financial literacy through establishing a comprehensive framework to strengthen Pakistan's fintech ecosystem.
