On days like today, I'm not sure I'm a fan of the Octoprint achievement system 🤣

The Prusa3D Sloth Mk3.5 is alive and printing via octoprint!
Prusa link is fantastic but the random password each time is slightly annoying, kept the 3.5 sticker in my spares as this is a sloth printer now!

octoprint achievements are silly, but welcomed

So the print failed but is still functionally useful. I think I may have to give up on Octoprint for anything over a few hours. The process crashes for some reason and I lose all progress. The Pi stays up but the process does and I can’t find any reason why in the logs.

Two days of bed leveling, temperature control, and even running Octoprint (which has reduced print times by 10=20% with no slicer changes, oddly enough) to try to track down a bed adhesion issue . . . and I just needed to wipe it with alcohol.

There's a lesson here, probably.

*sigh*Why is octoprint essentially shilling octoeverywhere?
I don't want 3rd party services or aps, i just want to expose my octpprint to the internet, and let me log in remotely.
Either dev can't secure his software, or is getting kick-backs from 3rd party services.

Whoa! Shut It Down Polymaker Yea this happened a few times with one spool and it really makes me paranoid. Decided to run a multi-day print on my ender 3. My octoprint set up is refusing to work right and opted to do it the old fashion way. Wish there was a way to prevent this...

Another thing is do I keep a octoprint server or just go with what's built in. I'm still hoping Simplify3d continues development. Seems like Creality isn't as supportable as a Marlin or Prusa printer. Maybe open sourced Klipper too.
