GHOST EYES (1974) dir Chih-Hung Kuei
Kuei’s sophomore horror is a far more unsettling ride than its premise of haunted contact lenses that give a vampire control over a manicurist portends thanks to an unhinged score & Bava-level atmosphere!
Fulci’s final film, DOOR TO SILENCE (1991), is shockingly uneventful, yet also better than I had heard due to a decent score and that distinctly odd Filmirage atmosphere. What a pity it spoils its own mystery in the first twenty fuckin' seconds.
