Yesterday, the Ontario Prov Police presented HRPS's D/Cst. Karl Efremoff (pictured centre) with a lifesaving award for successfully performing CPR on a man who suffered a cardiac arrest in Oakville last summer. Please join us in applauding D/Cst. Efremoff for his heroism.
