We had to rehome my Grandad’s dog early last year when he was diagnosed with Alzheimers. Sadly he passed away a couple of weeks ago, this came in the post today 😅

Yesterday was the toughest news I’ve ever had to face and that was listening to my mum tell me my grandad past away last night😓 to go from crying all day to start in a World Cup game was extremely tough but I got through it from the support of my team mates and family❤️🕊

Here is my Granddad leaving the hospital after 2 weeks! He had tested positive for COVID-19 then ended up having Pneumonia. The drs said he was ‘deteriorating’ and the next 24hrs are ‘critical’ but God!

So grandad was at a sportsman’s dinner and bought a 10ft X 4ft picture of the forth rail bridge. Seemingly he forgot he could just open da blinds 🤣🤣 granny not happy with him 🤦‍♂️😂😂

My Grandad, 75 years ago. Fighting in the British Indian Army, the largest volunteer army in history - 2.5 million strong. It truly was a global war, not just a European struggle. Let’s not forget the sacrifices made by those often overlooked. #VEDay ✌🏽

My grandad went into a care home 5 weeks ago and my nan couldn’t live without him so she decided to move in and the care home did this for them my actual heart 🥺

I cannot thank everyone enough for the thoughts and prayers for my grandad and my family. Seeing all the messages and stories is really helping us and speaks volumes for the gentleman that he was. Men may die but legends live forever 💚💚💚 love you always gramps x
