The Government of Kenya has this morning distributed food and other supplies to the flood victims at Kiamaiko, Mathare, in Nairobi County.

On the lead was DP H.E. Rigathi Gachagua, EGH and women Rep Esther Muthoni Passaris .

Had fruitful engagements with National and County Leaders during the official opening of Bunge Tower. Both the national and county governments need to respond appropriately to alleviate the suffering of citizens as a result of the flooding we have witnessed across the country.

Today at Heidemarie Primary School in Ruaraka constituency with Pastor_Dorcas where we successfully distributed sanitary pads, rice, beans and porridge flour to more than 500 families. Unfortunately, the exercise was later interrupted by rowdy youths.
