Cowden syndrome (PTEN hamartoma tumor syndrome) is a rare autosomal dominant inheritable disease. Further rarely, it may have AV shunt in the brain or in the peripheral region. One of my patients had foot AV shunt, sigmoid sinus dural AVF and STA-STV fistula, consecutively.
