Proud day as our U-13 1/2 Gaelic footballers won our second ever Ulster Schools GAA Gaelic title beating Monaghan School Inver College Carrickmacross 7-7 to 4-8.

Tried to visit Magheross Church and graveyard in Carrickmacross today... Sadly the gate was locked with no indication of who to contact for access.

A nice male Gadwall on Monalty Lough, Carrickmacross, this morning. There was a female/juv type there as well. My best views of Gadwall to date (looked a lot better through the scope; still trying to figure out phone scoping)
