Having seen greater butterfly-orchids in bud at Blackhall, Banchory, yesterday, I checked Inchgarth Reservoir this evening for signs on activity. Nothing doing by way of GBOs but other orchids getting going. Just hope Scottish Water don't cut the grass again until late summer!
