Air Mauritius I was on one of your flights from Gatwick on the 10th March that was delayed by more than 3 hours. I have twice submitted claims online but had nothing more than automated acknowledgements. I have also tried emailing but with no luck. How can I progress this please?

Air Mauritius I booked lounge access on line from Gatwick to Mauritius for a flight on 25th April. MK53. Booking ref JTU85S. Gatwick said we booked for Mauritius which we didn’t require. When I asked for a refund I was told no refunds. This is not acceptable!!

Mon vol Air MAURITIUS de Maurice à Kuala Lumpur MK 646 du 08 avril 2024 a été retardé de 4 heures.

J'ai fais une indemnisation en ligne sur le site d'Air Mauritius le 01 mai 2024.

Mais impossible de savoir si ma demande a bien été enregistrée.
