This idea that there are so few resources that it’s okay to discard certain people (populations) is quite literally constructed by people in power to keep you fighting over scraps. In reality, there’d be enough for everyone if the rich stopped hoarding.

Staff well-being + patient well-being in health care are tightly intertwined.

If there is moral distress + PTSD for staff, there is moral distress + PTSD for patients.

We must start addressing staff + patient well-being *together*. For health care is a human activity.
