This is a horrible piece of reporting. These grafs are the sum total of 'criticism' in the piece. And wait, who's that quote from? Christopher Rufo, merely ID'ed as 'a fellow at the conservative Manhattan Institute.' No other details. Just a concerned citizen. Embarrassing.

Did they have to make it get up in the creepiest manner possible? It's like something out of a Blumhouse movie.
