On Monday I wrote a short thread about public satisfaction with #socialcare , which has fallen to 13%. Today the numbers show satisfaction with the NHS, while historically very low, is still higher at 24%. Some individual NHS services do better: outpatients has 44% satisfaction.

No escaping the big, depressing NHS story today. But the British Social Attitudes research finds that satisfaction with #socialcare is even lower than for the NHS. There’s also new data e.g. about the amount of contact the public has with social care. A thread >>>
