A jury convicted Shon Todd of Murder2nd & Arson2nd for stabbing Lysandra Bagley to death before setting a fire at her home on Garson Ave, risking the lives of their children. Thanks Rochester NY Police, RochesterNYFD, BivonaChildAdvocacy & ADAs VanStrydonk & Jehlen for your dedication to Lysandra!

Randy Burney was convicted by a jury of Murder 2nd, Assault 2nd and two counts of CPW 2nd for the shooting death of Kimanhi Hinds at Flour City Station Bar last May. Thank you to Rochester NY Police, ADA Jess Wagner, and the cooperating witnesses who made this conviction possible!

Raheim Robinson was convicted of all counts, including Murder in the 1st Degree, for the homicides of Richard Collinge and MyJel Rand. Today’s verdict brings the final conviction for those responsible for these violent murders. Thank you to 1st ADA Perry Duckles & Rochester NY Police!

Parolee Charles Holley was sentenced to 25 years-Life for killing Devon Wilburn. Thank you Rochester NY Police and ADAs Clark & DiPerna for your hard work on this case! Holley was also sentenced federally for the possession of an illegal firearm. These sentences are consecutive.

Jorge Santana-Torres was sentenced to 25 years-Life in the NYS Dept of Corrections for the murder of Alexis Mercedes. On November 19 2022, the defendant attended a party, shot Alexis Mercedes in the head, & fled to Ohio. Thank you to Rochester NY Police for the thorough investigation!

It was another amazing Rochester St. Patrick’s Day Parade! I had an amazing time judging this year’s impressive parade participants. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate! ☘️

Teodoro Rivera, Jr. pled guilty to Murder in the 2nd Degree for the murder of Sayyos Rios. Mr. Rios was sitting on his porch, when Rivera, who was shooting at someone else from a car, shot and killed him. Thank you to Rochester NY Police & ADA Freeman for finding justice for Mr. Rios.

Warren Braswell was convicted by a jury of Burglary 1st and two counts of Robbery 2nd for the armed burglary of a house. The residents arrived home when Braswell pointed a knife at them, demanding money & phones. Thank you to ADA Fowler and Brighton PD for your hard work!

In this week’s update, I share my feelings regarding the sentence of Kelvin Vickers. From now on, I don’t want to think about him, but instead remember Officer Mazurkiewicz, Richard Collinge & MyJel Rand.
