In May's ICN report, it shows that investing in nursing is not a cost, it saves money- having a healthy population could boost global GDP by $12 trillion. Countries need 70 nurses for every 10,000 citizens to reach Universal Health Coverage; so 30.6M more nurses are needed!

The issue here is capacity and not, as the report claims, efficiency.
