In Perth with Douglas Ross MP MSP launching the Scottish Conservatives General Election campaign. Time to unite across Scotland to defeat the SNP and instead have a focus on the issues that really matter to people,
You can end the SNP’s independence obsession for good by voting Scottish Conservatives in key seats across Scotland on July 4th👇
Today’s figs show our domestic tourism market is faltering as Scotland is seen as becoming expensive.
Domestic holidays are down, outbound foreign holidays are up.
MSPs debating the “Visitor Levy” today in Scottish Parliament must be cautious about how it will impact our economy
In Michael Matheson’s Falkirk seat today meeting Scottish Conservatives activists and urging John Swinney to sack the disgraced former Health Sec who expected you to pay £11,000 for his data roaming charges.
John Swinney’s pathetic defence of his friend is an insult to hard working Scots.
There is so much opportunity for Perth and Kinross-shire going forward! P&K should be one of the best places to live in Scotland. The reality under SNP leadership has fallen short of that.
Only Luke Graham can beat Pete Wishart and delivery the investment we need here in P&K!
✍️Douglas Ross MP MSP: John Swinney must stop defending his ‘friend’ Michael Matheson and kick the disgraced iPad MSP out of his party.
Interesting new poll showing a net gain for Scottish Conservatives in seats. However these national polls cannot estimate the impact of pro-UK tactical voting across the country. Factor that in and the SNP could well finish 3rd or even 4th in terms of seats won.
Every SNP candidate in this Election needs to be asked relentlessly one simple question:
Do you back the John Swinney defence of Michael Mathieson?
Yes or No?
Rishi's 'tiniest path' to victory is narrowing all the time, and is now flooded and covered in debris.
But that needn't be a concern for the Scottish Conservatives, who are fighting their very own mini-election.
Piece by me in today's Scotland on Sunday ⬇️
