This, by Anneliese Dodds, is not correct.
Natalie Elphicke was never investigated over her comments about her ex-husbandās victims ā including her assertion that the serial sex-offender was punished for being āattractiveā to women.

On #Radio4Today Amol Rajan asked Anneliese Dodds why The Labour Party welcomes someone who venerated Boris Johnson, but not someone who shared a stage with Ken Loach.
For clarity, there was no complaint against me. No appeal process. Nothing. The Labour Party has badly lost its way.
Natalie Elphickeās values are not the values of the labour movement.
Itās outrageous that she should be allowed to join the Labour benches while principled socialists like Diane Abbott MP and Jeremy Corbyn still havenāt had the whip restored.
After her husband was convicted of sexual assault, Natalie Elphicke declared he was āattractive, and attracted to, womenā and that that made him āan easy target for dirty politics and false allegationsā.
Remember that the next time someone claims Keir Starmer has any integrity.
