I’m in #Kharkiv now. Haven’t been here for a while (pre #invasion times!) What strikes the most so far is two things:
1. Utility workers wash the city center
2. A lot of people without limbs

Virtually all university students seem to be on strike now. In Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi, and Akhaltsikhe too. This even includes oligarch Ivanishvili's very own Kutaisi International University and other GD-affiliated institutions.
