When I was at Spain major city, next to my hotel, a moderate hospital, used to watch their activities from outside, I was really happy on their services; not rude behaviours/ bribery/ carelessness/ dodging tactics etc.,

As an individual I have visited many mentally disabled hostels at MDS/ CBE by PVT, donated, stayed for few days, attended some activities, but, not fully satisfied, 60% office bearers are utilising donations/ fees for selfish purposes; No Govts inspections unless reports!

Who will look after disabled people in India?
For EGS, after parents death, who will take responsibility for disabled persons daily cares/ money spending’s/ real social affections by State/Union Govts agencies, neighbours/ social activists?
