I’d love to see a list of all the actual addresses of all these new homes - does any government department ever publish it or just stick with unidentifiable block statistics? Might give clearer picture of where the homes are and which communities are falling short …

And that info is already available to them from Stamp Duty returns

Ingrid Miley First time buyers are by county but completions are down to small electoral area, Ingrid.

In other countries, demand to supply pressure (or, years to own a home).

So at the moment, First time buyers are declining nationally, it’s 25 years to own and young @ home excluded.
