How to easily form a good habit:

1. Find the minimum viable habit (< 1 min)
2. Attach to an existing daily habit (after I clean my teeth I'll complete the 1 min)
3. Stick a habit planner near the existing habit (bathroom cabinet)
4. Increase the habit by 1 min every week

5 years ago I hadn’t run more than 3 miles.

Yesterday I ran 100 miles in 28 hours.

All in aid of The Alzheimer’s Society.

Losing two grandparents this year to it made the run a whole lot more meaningful.
