“The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway Tour” concluded its final show #OnThisDay in 1975.

The tour’s setlist comprised of the “Lamb” album played front to back accompanied by extensive theatricals, multiple costumes, a number of backdrop screens, lights and effects.

#OnThisDay in 1982, Genesis released their second EP, “3×3”. With a cover art that parodies The Beatles’ “Twist and Shout” EP - it contained songs that were written and recorded for, but ultimately left off “Abacab”.

#OnThisDay in 1975, “The Carpet Crawlers” was released as the second single from the inimitable “The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway”.
The song was also re-released in 1999 as the final single in the Genesis catalogue, featuring new vocals from Phil Collins and Peter Gabriel.
