At the risk of sounding 1,000 years old, London really needs a public education program to teach people that it’s not ok to play their phones out loud. Maybe posters on the tube, Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, so passengers are empowered to ask people to use headphones?

Why does anyone think that tube trains need a phone signal? Now we’ll have to listen to more people shouting on speaker phones.
