Seth Waugh said that LIV publicly withdrew their OWGR application without telling the OWGR board first.

'We went back and forth a few times...we had very serious conversations about it and without telling us, publicly they had withdrawn their application.'

PGA of America CEO Seth Waugh said that he still doesn't agree with the USGA and R&A rollback, but that he's glad they moved away from bifurcation and towards a rollback for everyone.
