Future Begins Now 12. I have seen parents who see nothing bad that a child of school age is not in school. The government has a role to play here too. Improved standard of life, will encourage more participation from these categories of parents.

Future Begins Now 11. From UNICEF world statistics of out-of-school children, 1 out of every 5 are Nigerians. Parents in low income areas, inner-cities and rural areas must be empowered and well informed . Some don't have the means, others just don't know what it means.

The brain drain happening now is the most the country ever witnessed.

Future Begins Now 10(iii) The 2020 budget has 6.7% allocated for education ministry. And this has been rotating between 5, 6 and 7 percents against UNESCO recommended 15 -20%.
