After the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade this morning, Missouri effectively became an abortion-free state thanks to Missouri House Republicans & the passage of HB 126 in 2019. We knew this day was coming and were prepared for it. I will always stand for the unborn.

In response to today's SCOTUS ruling overturning Roe v. Wade, I have signed a proclamation activating the 'Right to Life of the Unborn Child Act,' ending elective abortions in the State.

| The Missouri Supreme Court has ruled that the lawsuit between STL and Jackson Counties and the state over SAPA (Second Amendment Preservation Act) should be reversed and remanded (sends back) to the circuit court.
