Actual proper resus cases/skills teaching? In the hospital itself and not a study day, AND on the shop floor during hours?? Can only DREAM of that here.

A whole generation of future MRCPs and FRCPs are watching them very closely. This is a membership organisation. A shining exemplar of high standards, set up specifically with standards as their raison d'être. There is still an opportunity for them to hold up these standards.

There has been lots of discussion about Scope of Practice recently.

I spent several months trying to understand concepts of scope and regulation for a piece of funded research.

See, the thing is for me, is that #medicinecanbebrilliant but it is incumbent on the current consultants and elected leaders to make sure it IS brilliant for the future generation of doctors - and I think this has somehow been lost

First time for me inside UK Parliament - very grand.

Diet is key in chronic disease management: diabetes, obesity, fatty liver, many more.
