As we’re learning more about the awful mass shooting in Maine, remember that Republican members of Congress wore AR-15 pins instead of the American flag on their jackets. They don’t care. They don’t try to pass effective policy. Instead, they do stuff like this.

As you process the devastating news that another tragic shooting took the lives of at least 22 innocent people in Maine, remember the shooter didn't act alone.

He was assisted by 222 House members, 49 Senators, and the NRA.

When Republicans inevitably blame the horrific mass shooting in Maine on mental illness and not on the guns, show them this:

Robert Card, the shooter in Maine, reportedly reported mental health issues, including “hearing voices.'

He also reportedly threatened to shoot up the National Guard base.
