The Team USA women's marathon team will run the #MastercardMini10K in New York City on June 8, New York Road Runners announced today.

'It's my first time running the Mini & I'm looking forward to running alongside a great group of women,' said Trials champion Fionna O'Keeffe.

What's the craziest stat from #PennRelays ?

For me it's the fact that Georgetown Track & Field / XC had 4 guys all run sub-4:00 miles in the 4 x mile relay (the only team to do that), yet finished third:

.makena morley picked up $1500 Sunday for winning the #Icebreaker5M in Great Falls, Montana, in 26:39. It was her first race since running 2:30:25 at the #LAMarathon on March 17.

In her marathon debut at the #HamburgMarathon on Sunday Kenya's Irine Cheptai ran an excellent 2:18:22. She achieved a strong negative split of 1:09:44 / 1:08:38.

8227 women finished Sunday's Real Simple Women's Half-Marathon in #CentralPark in NYC, NYRR Media Relations reported. The winner was former Columbia Lions XC/TF athlete Erin Gregoire in 1:16:47.
