June’s Coffee, Cake and Chat session will be taking place at Richmond Library next week!

The session will be taking place on Wednesday 5th at 10.30am. We’ll be there for a natter over coffee and cake.

In June we celebrate Pride - a time of reflection and hope for a more inclusive future.

Here we highlight two e-book titles, available on BorrowBox, which explore events and key individuals from past decades.

Our Book of the Month for May is The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman, have you read this one?

Join four unlikely friends in a retirement village as they investigate unsolved murders! Soon to be a star-studded film adaptation, you can borrow it from our libraries 📚

Due to a lack of available volunteers, Richmond Library will be closed this morning.

We will be reopen again from 2pm until 5pm, with all the usual services!

In the meantime, you can complete a variety of library tasks online via your account.

Featuring artefacts discovered in our local area, items from both World Wars, and poetry by Risedale school pupils, winners of last year's Armistice Remembrance poem competition.

Our friendly volunteers are here to bring the joy of reading right to your door, via the Home Library Service.

We can select and deliver books and more to the homes of people or families who find it difficult to get to their local library. Just give us a call to learn more.
