Today, my thoughts are with the victims and families affected by the Dublin and Monaghan bombings 50 years ago. The people of Ireland, as well as NI & GB, suffered terribly during the Troubles. These atrocities remain a particularly awful example of that.

Opening up archives to independent historians will allow for a better understanding of the UK Government’s policies during the Troubles than has been possible before.

I am grateful to members of the expert advisory panel for their work.

I am pleased the Post Office Horizon Bill will be amended to include Northern Ireland.

I've been speaking to Kevin Hollinrake MP, Michelle O’Neill, Emma Little-Pengelly BL and Naomi Long MLA about this regularly.

The legislation will deliver for those affected in NI as quickly as possible.
