Gliese 12 b has been billed as 'the nearest, transiting, temperate, Earth-size world located to date'.

A Venus-sized exoplanet with an 'Earth-like temperature' has been spotted just 40 light-years away from us.

The potentially-habitable world, named Gliese 12 b, orbits its host star every 12.8 days and has an estimated surface temperature of 42°C (107°F).

🗳️Στις 9 Ιουνίου κάνουμε μαζί ακόμα ένα βήμα μπροστά και ερχόμαστε σταθερά πιο κοντά στην Ευρώπη.🇪🇺

Η Ελλάδα σήμερα είναι ισχυρή στην Ευρώπη και δεν θυμίζει σε τίποτα την Ελλάδα του 2019. Η πατρίδα μας έχει ανακτήσει το κύρος και την αξιοπιστία της στην Ευρώπη. Και αυτό είναι, πρώτα από όλα, προς όφελος όλων των Ελληνίδων και όλων των Ελλήνων. Και έτσι θέλουμε να συνεχίσουμε.

Πριν μερικούς μήνες μας δώσατε την εντολή να συνεχίσουμε να αλλάζουμε την Ελλάδα. Καθημερινά τιμάμε την εντολή αυτή και δίνουμε τη μάχη για τις αλλαγές που τόσο έχει ανάγκη ο τόπος.

Στις 9 Ιουνίου κάνουμε μαζί ακόμα ένα βήμα μπροστά. Και ερχόμαστε σταθερά, πιο κοντά στην Ευρώπη.

More than 3,800 participants representing 119 countries participated in more than 100 sessions, and contributed 469 new commitments, worth 11,3 billion USD.

Day 1 at the #OurOceanConference was a whirlwind of crucial discussions and impactful moments.
From gathering for a media briefing to diving into panels on the #BBNJ Treaty, the urgency of protecting our high seas was palpable.
