The kids wanted to sprint today. We started with wicket drills; Ike’s are 6ft apart and Layla’s are 5 ft apart. Then they each set new PRs in the 10m fly. Ike ran 1.26s (17.75 MPH) and Layla ran 1.68s (13.32 MPH)! #FeedTheCats
